63-03-03-02. Hearing after revocation. A hearing after revocation shall be held in compliance with North Dakota Century Code chapter 28-32 and shall be held within sixty days of the service of the notice of revocation upon the podiatrist, subject to the podiatrist's right to waive this hearing upon agreement of the podiatrist and the board.
