67-01-02-01. Definitions. As used in this title, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Department" means the North Dakota department of public instruction. 2. "Superintendent" means the superintendent of public instruction. 3. "Title I" means title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
