69-02-03-04. Conference results. Upon conclusion of the conference, the results must be immediately reduced to writing. The original and seven copies must be filed with the commission. Stipulations may be received in evidence at a 1 hearing and, when and so received, shall be binding on the parties with respect to the matters concerned.
