69-02-10-08. Parties to provide list of arbitrators. The party or parties that request arbitration shall provide the commission, within no less than fifteen days from when the petition for arbitration is filed, names and qualifications of at least two qualified neutral arbitrators that are acceptable to all parties to the negotiation. In the event the parties are unable to agree on the acceptability of arbitrators, each party shall submit names and qualifications of at least two arbitrators that would be acceptable to that party. 3 History: Effective July 1, 1997.
