69-02-10-15. Notice of arbitration hearing. Within fifteen days after the prehearing conference, the commission shall issue a notice of hearing specifying the disputed issues that are the subject of the arbitration proceeding. The notice of arbitration hearing must be issued as required under North Dakota Century Code Chapter 28-32. Arbitration proceedings must be open to the public. History: Effective July 1, 1997.
