69-02-10-17. Confidentiality. The petition, response, accompanying materials, and all other documentation provided to the commission are subject to the North Dakota open records laws. A party may request trade secret protection for information by filing an application with the commission under the provisions of chapter 69-02-09. History: Effective July 1, 1997.
