69-02-10-24. Continuation of mediation. The parties may at any time return to mediation to attempt to resolve disputed issues and the parties may involve the arbitrator in such mediation efforts. The participation of the arbitrator in such mediation efforts does not disqualify the arbitrator from continuing in the arbitration process. History: Effective July 1, 1997.
