69-06-01-06. Siting fee refund. After all siting permits and certificates are issued by the commission and after all siting process and project inspection expenses are paid, complete and when the commission has determined that any required tree mitigation is satisfactory, any remaining balance of the application fee will be refunded to the applicant.
