69-09-01-01. Definitions. As used in this article: 1. "Commission" means the public service commission of the state of North Dakota. 2. "Customer" means any person, firm, corporation, municipality, or other political subdivision of North Dakota supplied by any such utility. 3. "Utility" means public utility.
