69-09-02-19. Voltage measurement and voltage records. 1. Each utility shall employ at least one portable indicating voltmeter, and at least one device capable of producing recorded voltage measurements in continuous service at the plant, office, or on a customer's premises. Each utility shall make a sufficient number of voltage measurements to indicate the character of the service furnished to its customers and to satisfy the commission, upon request, of its compliance with established voltage requirements. All voltage measurement records shall be available for inspection by the commission for a period of one year. 2. Each recording voltmeter shall be checked with an indicating voltmeter when it is placed in operation and when it is removed, or periodically if the instrument is in a permanent location.
