7-09-01-09. Improper use. Improper use of the logo includes: 1. Use on products not created, produced, processed, or manufactured in whole or in part within the boundaries of North Dakota; 2. Allowing the use of the logo by another person who is not an authorized user. Authorization to use the logo is nontransferrable; 3. Using the logo without prior approval of the commissioner; or 4.
