7-13-02-01. Registration required. Any slaughtering establishment, meat processing establishment, or custom-exempt plant that is required to be inspected pursuant to North Dakota Century Code chapter 4.1-31 to operate under this chapter must register annually with the department of agriculture on forms approved by the commissioner.
