7-13-03-05. Official state marks. The official mark used by state inspectors will be as prescribed in title 9, Code of Federal Regulations, parts 312, 316, and 381.96, except that the letters "U.S." shall be replaced with the words "North Dakota", unless federal law is changed requiring that such product be stamped U.S. inspected. The commissioner may prescribe the size and shape of the official mark.
