7-13-04-02. Prohibited sales. A person or slaughtering establishment, meat processing establishment, or custom-exempt plant that is required to be inspected pursuant to North Dakota Century Code chapter 4.1-31 to operate under this chapter may not offer for sale or for barter any noninspected carcasses or parts of carcasses.
