71-05-05-08. Retirement - Dual membership. If a member elects to begin drawing monthly benefits while continuing to participate in the public employees retirement system, teachers' fund for retirement, or the teachers' insurance and annuity association college retirement equities fund, the provisions of section 71-02-04-09 must apply.
