72-03-02-07. Exceptions. The secretary of state may exercise discretion to determine names and proposed names to be indistinguishable if special characters or numbers are used in place of letters, including in the following circumstances: 1. ! used as the letter "i". 2. @ used as the letter "a". 3. $ used as the letter "s". 4.
