74-03-09-01. Land requirements. Foundation seed of mustard, crambe, canola, and rape shall be on land which did not produce mustard, crambe, canola, or rape during the previous four years. Certified seed of mustard, crambe, canola, and rape shall be on land which did not produce mustard, crambe, canola, or rape during the previous two years.
