75-01-03-11. Group hearings. 1. The appeals supervisor may schedule a series of appeals for a group hearing when the sole issue set forth in the request is one involving state or federal law or policy or changes in state or federal law, as the supervisor may deem appropriate. 2. In all group hearings, individual claimants may present their own cases, and each may be represented by any person the claimant may desire.
