75-03-07-07. Appeals. An applicant for an in-home registration or in-home provider may appeal a decision to deny or revoke a registration document by filing a written appeal with the department. The appeal must be postmarked or received by the department within ten calendar days of the in-home registration or in-home provider's receipt of written notice of the decision to deny or revoke the registration document. Upon receipt of a timely appeal, an administrative hearing must be conducted in the manner provided in chapter 75-01-03. History: Effective January 1, 2011.
