75-03-08-09. Staffing requirements. 1. Staffing requirements are established by the number of children physically in care at the family child care at any given time, rather than total enrollment. 2. If a child with special needs is admitted to the program, the child's developmental age level must be used in determining the number of children for which care may be provided.
