76-02-01-04. Application fees. Application for registration for professional soil classifier and for certification as a soil classifier-in-training shall be accompanied by an application fee of twenty-five dollars. Providing the applicant obtains a passing grade, the fee of twenty-five dollars includes the cost of examination in fundamentals of soil classification and the principals and practice of soil classifying. If an applicant fails to obtain a passing grade in the initial examination, the fee for each subsequent examination is ten dollars.
