8-04-04-02. Notice to registrant. The executive director shall notify a registrant by mail at least sixty days prior to the date of renewal. The notice shall be directed to the last-known address of the registrant. Revocation of registration for nonpayment of fees shall not be carried out unless the registrant has received a followup notification by certified mail.
