Examination refusal.

85-03-04-04. Examination refusal. If the person subject to examination refuses to adhere to the rules and laws, the examiner shall inform the administrator of the refusal and the commissioner may bring action to enforce the rules and laws as outlined in North Dakota Century Code chapter 47-30.2, including issuing an administrative subpoena.
