85-04-02-14. Construction aggregate mining operations. The lessee shall conduct construction aggregate mining operations in a good and professional manner and in accordance with the construction aggregate lease terms, board rules and policies, and applicable laws. The lessee shall take reasonable steps to prevent construction aggregate mining operations from unnecessarily causing or increasing soil erosion or drainage and damage to crops, pasture, or trees.
