86-03-02-01. Resident rent. Rent is based on the resident's ability to pay and on the rate structure established by the administrative committee on veterans' affairs. The rent is based upon a resident's income and allowable expenses, in accordance with the rent policy established by the administrative committee on veterans' affairs.
