86-03-02-05. Annual review of resident finances - Basic care. Each resident's finances are reviewed in December of each year or as financial situations change. Residents must declare all monthly income and expenses, and provide verification of amounts. When accurate information has not been furnished, the facility shall charge the maximum rent until such time as correct information is provided.
