86-03-05-04. Use of alcohol or controlled substances - Prohibited. Residents shall comply with the provisions of North Dakota Century Code section 48-05-06. A resident who is found to have any alcoholic beverages or controlled substances on the premises is subject to discharge and civil court for violation of North Dakota Century Code section 48-05-06.
