86-03-06-01. Canvassing - Peddling - Soliciting. Canvassing, peddling, or soliciting may not be conducted in the buildings or on the grounds of the veterans' home. However, the administrator may authorize and establish conditions for solicitation at the home by charitable or veterans' organizations.
