86-03-10-01. Violation - Enforcement of rules and regulations. The administrator shall enforce all necessary rules and regulations for the administration of the home as promulgated by the North Dakota veterans' home governing board. The administrator may discharge a resident or impose disciplinary action considered consistent with the nature of the offense committed for any willful violation of the rules and regulations for admission and residency at the North Dakota veterans' home.
