87-04-01-01. Veterinary prescription drugs. Veterinary prescription drugs are to be used or prescribed only within the context of a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Veterinary prescription drugs are those drugs restricted by federal law to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. History: Effective January 1, 1999.
