89-02-01-06. Determination of watershed area. As a part of a drainage permit application, applicants shall report to the department the watershed area proposed to be drained by the project and how it was determined. This information must be verified by the department through best publicly available information from relevant local, state, or federal agencies. This information may be supplemented by any information obtained from an onsite investigation if the department determines it is necessary.
