17-02-03-01. Filing addresses. Every chiropractor shall file with the executive director of the board of examiners: 1. A valid email address and the chiropractor's mailing address in the city and location of the place where the chiropractor conducts practice; and 2. Shall report the name of any other city and place wherein the chiropractor maintains a branch office for the purpose of practice.
