17-03-01-03. Use of special purposes examination for chiropractic or the ethics and boundary examination for disciplinary purposes. The board may require any person who is found to have committed unprofessional conduct to take the special purposes examination for chiropractic or the ethics and boundary examination provided by the national board of chiropractic examiners. Passing of one or both of these examinations may be made a requirement for continued licensure or to unencumber a suspended license. History: Effective May 1, 1993; amended effective July 1, 2008.
