Employer's payroll records may be kept in any manner best suited to their convenience but, in addition to the requirements set forth in chapter 27-02-02, such records shall be kept in such form that it would be possible from an inspection thereof to determine: 1. Wages earned by weeks. 2. Whether any week of partial unemployment claimed by an individual is in fact a week of less than full-time work. 3.
