58-02-08-04. Public behavior. 1. The hours between ten p.m. and seven a.m. are designated as quiet hours. Activity or noise levels that interfere with the peace and quiet of the park or result in complaints constitute a class 1 violation of this section. 2. Violation of any state law or any rules of the department by a member or guest of a member of a camping party is cause for revocation of the camping permit and eviction from the property.
