60-03-03-03. Adoption of worker protection standard. The environmental protection agency worker protection standard regulations effective as of January 1, 2016, as provided under title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, part 170, are hereby adopted by the board and incorporated by reference and made a part of this title. Copies of title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, part 170, are available upon request by contacting the board at its inquiry address listed in section 60-01-01-01.
