89-02-01-09.5. Procedure, availability, and contents of notice of director's decision to approve or deny application of statewide or interdistrict significance. 1. The department shall provide a copy of the decision to the parties of record. 2. The notice of decision must include: a. The name of the drain; b. The applicant's name; c. Whether the application was granted or denied; d. The date of the decision; e. The availability of the full text of the decision; and f. That an adjudicative hearing may be requested on the project under North Dakota Century Code 61-03-22.
