89-03-01-01. Conditional water permit application submission. A conditional water permit application must be submitted to the department on the form provided by the department. A map containing the information prescribed by the department must accompany the application. Unless the department first approves another type of map, the map must be prepared from a survey, aerial photograph, or topographic map, and must be certified by a North Dakota-licensed surveyor.
