89-07-02-06. Field presence required. A person intending to conduct operations in the state shall designate to the department, on forms furnished by the department, at least one natural person who must at all times be physically present during all operations for which a permit is required and who is the contractor's immediate point of contact in the field. The designated individual must be fully apprised of the status of the contractor's project equipment and personnel at all times and must coordinate the contractor's field activities.
