89-07-02-17. Permit conditions. The department may attach conditions to any permit as it deems appropriate, including any conditions concerning method and time of operation, target and operation areas, safety precautions, and recordkeeping. Permittee shall submit an operations plan that includes the types of seeding agents to be used, the methods and equipment to be employed in seeding operations, and the emergency shutdown procedures, including the conditions under which operations will be suspended.
