89-10-01-07. Public meeting. An information-gathering public meeting may be held by the department before final action on a project. The procedure for notice and meeting must be as follows: 1. The department must publish a notice of meeting in the official newspaper for each county where the project is located. The notice must be published once each week for two consecutive weeks. 2. The meeting date must be at least twenty days after the date of last publication. 3. The meeting must be conducted by the department and the meeting may be held in Bismarck. 4. The meeting is not an adjudicative proceeding hearing under North Dakota Century Code chapter 28-32.
