89-10-01-24. Hunting, fishing, and trapping. Sovereign lands are open for public hunting, fishing, and trapping, except as provided in other rules, regulations, or laws or as posted at public entry points. Posting sovereign lands with signage by anyone other than the department is prohibited without a sovereign lands permit. A person who violates this section shall pay a fee not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars per occurrence.
