Abandoned property.

89-10-01-30. Abandoned property. Abandonment of vehicles or other personal property is prohibited on sovereign lands. If applicable, the department shall facilitate removal of any such property. The property owner shall pay a fee not to exceed three hundred fifty dollars, and the department may assess removal costs to the property owner.
