89-10-01-31. Firearms. Use of firearms on sovereign lands is allowed except in a reckless and indiscriminate manner or as otherwise posted by the state at public entry points. Tracer rounds or exploding targets are prohibited. A person who violates this section is guilty of a noncriminal offense and shall pay a fee not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars per occurrence.
