58-02-08-27. Off-highway vehicle registration. Except as provided in this chapter, an individual may not operate an off-highway vehicle unless it has been registered under North Dakota Century Code section 39-29-02. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a class 2 noncriminal offense. History: Effective May 1, 2011.
