58-02-08-34. Reckless operation of a snowmobile or off-highway vehicle. A snowmobile or off-highway vehicle is operated in a reckless manner when it is operated recklessly in disregard of the rights or safety of others or without due caution and circumspection and at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or the property of another. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. History: Effective May 1, 2011.
